Tahometer allows both companies and individuals to track their work time. In the company user list mode, you can add employees to the system and define their individual access rights. Please note, however, that Tahometer limits the number of available users depending on your chosen payment plan. On the other hand, the number of users with read-only rights is never limited.
In the user form, you should add a normal user (do not select the”administrator” or “read only” flags). Then in the project form, you can add this user to the project.

In the user form, you should add the user with read-only rights and select the “administrator” flag. There is no need to add this user to any projects.
When a subscription for domain was expired the employees will become archived automatically after some time. After this action the employees are not able to track their activity. To continue using of our system the administrator of domain need to apply a new payment for subscription. For restore employees, please follow to the “Users” tab, click on the “Archive” link and click on “Restore” button for appropriate users. Please note: only administrator of domain can apply these actions.
